How do I place an order?
To order online, just add your items to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart Button. Click on the Shopping Cart Link at the top of the page at any time to check the contents of the cart, remove or change items. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" in your shopping cart and continue by providing the required information.(shipping info, billing info, payment method etc.)
How long will my order take?
Embroidered items take approximately 5 business days to complete.
How are the orders confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive 2 emails The first includes the details of your order and confirmation that we have received it. The second email includes shipping details and your tracking number.
What are your Payment Methods?
We accept the following credit cards through our secured site: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and echecks. We can also accept payment through your PayPal account.
What taxes will I pay on my order?
Ontario- 13% HST -Newfoundland Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia- 13% HST -All other provinces- 5% GST United States- No taxes but packages exported to the US need to clear customs. The recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duty on the item.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Absolutely! At Luna Designs we are pleased to offer FREE gift wrapping! Just indicate in the gift wrap box when completing your order and include your personal message and the address of the recipient as the shipping address. Your special gift will be mailed directly with no receipt of course. We will also forward you a picture of the finished product!
What is your return policy?
Items which are personalized may not be returned or exchanged. Items not personalized may be returned if they are unused and in the original package. Please email first with your order number.You will be charged for the original shipping. In the event that we at Luna Designs made a mistake, the item will be promply and cheerfully replaced at no extra cost.
